Some things i wanna know

Hey everyone im new here .. i rlly like this forum and i wanted to ask a few things..

 

1 . How can i do Multiclass ?

 

2. Today i saw someone that gave me a draconic armor and all other s grade armor's , can someone tell me how i can create boss jewels and draconic armor's ?? ..

And u only can get them with donations and event medal's

Can u tell me how he did get them ?
