System edition problem.

Hi guys, when i try edit itemname-e.dat or systemmsg-e i cant i'm using:

L2 File Edit ++ v.2 ... from MxC forum.

And i have patched system.

When i try edit it says.

|  Создание файла: decitemname-e.dat
|-  Не удалось создать файл: dec-itemname-e.dat

 

But with Team Viewer with same system with same File Editor from a friend PC... i can edit, i turn off my Anti-virus program and still cant.

Any idias?

So you probly did something wrong. But I do remember this file edit has a minor bug that it can't save while staying on for a while (restart the program?)

 

Did you...

1: run as admin

2: save it somewhere else like Desktop?

3: change like 1 letter or don't change anything and save it somewhere

I have 2 file editor's and the one witch i'm using now is friend's one, becouse old one was not working too...

So as i'm explaining he send me via skype and i just type name file edit and put  extract it, i can change l2.ini but nothing else, and i'm totaly sure this is patched system becouse i already did some changes from my friend's PC, but i can't make him teamview for me everytime...
