What's the most UNIQUE server, which ever exist?

Official is what Lineage 2 is meant to be. You cannot call it unique or common, because it's what every modified private server was based on. Retail is a category on its own.

 

well, maybe it's better description of it.. but when I said "common" I meant it the base of all, so that's the most used (or the goal of the mosts)
