On the most HR IL with ctr.slow bow you got max ctr.rate too,so whats the pnt to take the focus one?

If ability working,with db c.slow in pvp server with 500 crt rate,in 5 hits slow will be sucess.

Death Wisper, critical damage is important i think, also will be good might

Death Wisper lvl 10.. best augment for any archer.. but its hard to get.

Next one would be might/duel might lvl 10.

i dont think there is augment such as death whisper in IL..

 

for pvp server i would go for active evasion to counter archers since almost every pvp server is full of them and passive d might or might...

 

for low rate i would go for active shield or magic barrier and passive focus or might...
