Same thing, Attribute Level must be 9, not less.

attribute on retail is even lvl7 and you talking about must be 9? comon are you working for ncsoft dude?

I've been playing on Epilogue/Freya servers long time now, and I can tell you that max attribute level 9 is perfectly fine to keep a server balanced. I've seen servers using max level attri 9 and been balanced greatly.

Btw I've seen servers with lvl 12 attris xD

Seems appealing with these features. Hope will be stable too cause i am bored log in servers check them and leave cause of idiots things. Keep lvl 4 attribute and you wont regret it if you test all things with that option.Good luck dude!

 

Btw we would appreciate to inform us the date of grand opening.
