As long as its not higher!

You didn't get me. Attribute system isn't design to stay in a lower level than level 9. If you set max element level 4, it won't make the server more balanced. Balance will come by fixing all issues, bugs, errors & skills.

I know it wont make the server more balanced.. If i should suggest something, i would say disable it because theres no differnet between lvl 4 and 0!

Same thing, Attribute Level must be 9, not less.

We have fix our class damage to.
