Help with Shen

I want to buy him and only play Solo top (saw few junglers and for this reason i say) Which masteries/runes are best for him ?

here is some atm i have so i was woundering would they work and with what build

 

1st) page

Greater Quintessense of Resillence 3x + 4.26 armor

Reds > +0.95 magic penetration

Blue > + 0.15 mag resist per level ( +2.7 at lvl 18)

 

2nd) page

Greater Quintessense of Strengh 3x +2.25 attack damage

Yellow > 1.41 Armor

Red > 1.66 armor penetration

Blue > Blue > + 0.15 mag resist per level ( +2.7 at lvl 18)

 

All tips/guides/builds are welcome from your experience please.
