After trying this in a L2OFF C4 very known server, the packets are sent to client, so when you try to move it receives actual location from server and you dont get teleported anywhere but same place.

 

There must be a code to send to the server to actually teleport the char to other location.

its serverside packet.

anyway didnt test yet, but imho it could work, only one thingie, wont it cache ur previous request and check - if u have rights to port.
