Some 1 hellp me when i spawn npc he give me this error... and afther rr he dispared i chan't put npc in giran and yes in config is fixed

when u spawn in town it work perfect u want to say and when u make restart server u have to spawn again "is not in town" or is in town and dont working explain us better.man

i spawn in town. he worck.. and afther i give restart is not there...i must spawn all npc again and mobs from farm.
