how do i use hlapex plz?

what do i do with files that come with it...inside file and the others too system folder has a file in it do i put it n my l2 sys folder?

need HELP :cry:

u must try the search from here http://www.maxbastards.gr/portal/search.php and then write the the word hlapex something search will find!!!!
