Server is mid rate PVP server. You have to lvl up, but in server will be lvl up zones. It's like normal pvp server but with lower rates.

Don`t see point to make 100x if everything will be like on high rate Oo

It's simple. In most high rate servers you need to hard farm for items. Here items farm will be easy, but you must spend some time (about 30-60mins) for lvl up main class, subclass, for nobless.
