Paypal problem!!

Today when i enter in my pp account i had this info!!

i have add ban account in my pp and is verified and ask me to add my visa id and my  bank id because its my mother visa and bank acc is safe to enter the id's?

i enter my bank id and card id all are okay but i have this error! and i cant send or recieve money!

Yes it is. I send message to paypal and i tell that my account is verified and i dont know why got limited,i w8 reply!

Maybe you have sent/received much money this month. Same thing happened to me some days ago, they wanted some info about the way i get those money(if i run a business or sth) and asked me some documents like identity card, phone bill etc.

just do what they ask you to, it took me about 1 week cause i was inactive, maybe it's gonna take you 1-3 days.
