Most of people make them alone , with textures etc. , search on google borders for design or something , but better make them alone if you want something unique

It's not that hard as it looks like. Find some corner brushes, use some effects, add texture, change colors and you are done. Other way is to use google graphics. Search using words like "website elements" "borders" "corner".
