Since when is it punishable to stop a random member "fixing" karma and telling them to leave it to a mod?

That means enhancing their rep, not decreasing it :$

Dont "fix" karma actions that you think are abuses, report them to a moderator, moderators will take actions what to do with them.

 

If you do that is not permitted above then your action is considered as an abuse.also on 3rd abuse you get a perma ban and a -1 on 2th.you got a -1 on the 6TH abuse.you should say thanks.quit the bitching.Last warning.
