So,as you can see in the tittle in this topic i will show you how to increase the speed of loading-buffering a video or song!

 

Let's Start

1)Open your Cmd ,and write

system.ini

After this ,a notepad or dictionary will show up and it will look like this

 

Then, copy this code from below and paste it in the notepad.Save the changes and you are Ready!!
