L2JServer  Freya or H5,is the best addition you can add your patches thanks to the source.

Use Frozen just like every other pro server

If you want a pvp pack i suggest to learn making stuff on your own. It may take you sometime but its worth it if you like what you are doing. However lineage 2 as it is now it will be a waste of your time.
