kuako300 Posted May 8, 2008 Posted May 8, 2008 I have a big problem, I need to log in L2Walker with a different IP because in L2Dominion only allows 2 accounts by IP >.< I found I can search for proxys in google, ok! but what espeficy kind of IPs(sock 5, http proxys)? which must be the port? and how to set up walker for work with proxys? I have WPatcher and MiniProxer thnks
dmitry501 Posted May 9, 2008 Posted May 9, 2008 Proxy only Socks5. Standart port is 1080. In walker setting check Use LoginServer Proxy and GameServer Proxy
sltbnjr Posted May 9, 2008 Posted May 9, 2008 Public SOCKS on which you have a decent ping are extremely rare to come by you're better off putting up your own
kuako300 Posted May 9, 2008 Author Posted May 9, 2008 but what about change IP?? my router sets the same IP to all my PCs.. :S I think I can use proxy now because I wrote the IP, port and add to the list.. and log in successful How can I verify Im using proxys?? should I use proxy in login and game server?? (currently Im using at both servers)
sltbnjr Posted May 10, 2008 Posted May 10, 2008 well if you selected "Loginserver proxy" and "gameserver proxy" and you successfully login then yes, your connection is proxied. and yes you select both loginserver and gameserver
Jackie Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 got small question: so if i use walker and proxy in walker is sets as 127.0.0.1 and i use WPF and a Proxy than my IP is changed or the same as i connect by L2 client?
sltbnjr Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 if you only proxy to your local WPF, then your IP is obviously the same.
Jackie Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 how can i use other IP ? i guess i proxy to mine local WPF i dont have dynamic ip so BAN ip is for me game over :(
kuako300 Posted May 19, 2008 Author Posted May 19, 2008 Jackie u must search for socks5 as sltbnjr and dmitry501 says.. and u must configure WALKER with the IP of the sock... :S (use the IP of sock instead 127.0.0.1) and obviously use the port of socks (not 1777)
