No delay

Hello, I wanted to ask a question .. I will build a server .. and I'll host it on the server use, and what makes Argentina. But there is a problem with Argentina and adjacent countries, and with Delay - small or thousandths of a second delay .. and that makes people go .. Quickly.

Now my question is ... Is there any way to not have that problem?

Should I Use? linux? Debian, Ubuntu, Centos?

Or Windows for me?

Is there any configuration that can be added to decrease the delay to the same people? .. That is the server itself ..

I dont really understand what you are talking about. I cought only the question you did. Linux is the best choice for a l2 server, but you need some knowledge to use it.

If you speak of ping/latency it goes nothing to do with OS. Try to host your server in another country or in big cities of Argentina.
