Maybr If u have not downloaded the spd u will notice that is not only a bg.Every layer has been edited from adjustments.

I have tons of fonts installed to my pc.Boring to broswe them

 

Instead you can simply download the psd,then you can go to the layer with the fonts u like and double click them.A msg will be appeared,informing you that the fonts you have just clicked are missing from your pc.Check the name of the fonts then (into the msg) go to www.dafont.com and download them
