Its easy:>

-equip bow

-use snipe

-disarm bow

-equip it again,and be happy with + range untill something changes on ur character:

 

-another wpn

-another armor

-another jewel

-disconnect

-u got owned by mob/player

Good Job mate ^^ , but its a little old and its not working on all servers cuz when you remove bow from arms the effect of snipe disappear.
