to play the same times you need 2 BNET accounts so u have to get a second if u want to play with ur brother the same time

You can play in same time with same account but:

 

- you play on Europe

- your bro playing on Asia/America

- you both can play same with different cd-keys so buy one more ;)

i prefer on playing in 2 different countries and change whenever we want rather than pay 120€........but again this is insane :/

Well Blizzard is against selling used games that's why we pay only for CD-Key.
