Problem with No-Ip.biz need help plz

I did all the steps for the no-ip.biz registerd and everything however i keep getting an error

connecting to login on Zekia21.no-ip.biz:9014

disconnected from login, trying to reconnect:

java.net.connectionexception:connection refused:connect

 

how do i fix this someone please

its something wrong in your pack not in no-ip

ok well how do i fix it? cause i want mah friends to come on with me. thats the only reason i made this was so we could test for when we make our real server. if you can can you please do team view with me so i can see wat you do to fix it?

port never get over IP...
