Please help pet buffs (Freya H5)

I have installed a script in order to buff pets. The problem is that each time I click the button without the summoned pet I received an error but when I have my summoned pet things just going smoothly.

 

My request is this: Is there a way (I know there is a way LOL! I just dont know how to do it) that before the NPC buff a pet it will ask first to summon your pet first and if you try to go on without your pet it will say "requirement not meet" or something like that ^^,.
