Maybe you can give java code or npc this event manager ?

 

Why doesn't max cheater just make a seperate form for server content requests?

 

This is development help for help who need help developing. This isn't 'Will anybody help me with project X' or 'I'm looking for Y find it for me

 

We're not here to write your code for you, we should be here if you're running into legitmate trouble with implementating (not 'Hey ive got a nullpointer exception guyz, wtfz help me).

 

If you can't implement things thats your problem to solve. If you don't have the technical knowledge to do something then it's likely that nobody is going to do it for you.
