Would anyone please explain this to me, I've seen this on alot of server. Why would you make +10 safe and make +18 max with a 80%/85% success rate? Everyone is going to have max stuff after 1h of playing. Why not make +18 safe and +18 max in the first place?

they changed it btw to 10 max +3 safe :D for better balanced i just joined :D!!! server is pretty NC!
