Probably that file "Engine.dll" is not working on Windows 7.

Try to install this in another OS.

Probably that file "Engine.dll" is not working on Windows 7.

If it didn't work then is there a logical explanation why 98% of Windows 7 users don't experience any problems with it? FYI Engine is a file in their system folder. Perhaps he should at least list what he tried before such as reinstalling L2, using another system, copying engine from another system.
