Long time now , a shared official beta client is running which all patches and champions/skins etc are tested there before they enter on the official client that we are all playing.

You can Continue by creating an account

 

Attention to the Area you make your account , it must be in PBE.

 

After Creating your account there is a download patch and its like a 2nd normal lol client.
