Marks can be Armor Pen or Flat AD

Seals should be Flat Armor

Glyphs can be Attack Speed, MR per level, or flat MR.

Quintessences can be Armor Pen or Flat AD.

some AD carries like (Ezreal,Ashe) use Mp Regen/5 glyphs too
