[HELP]Mask Malfunction

I've already imported V For Vendetta Mask from DevAngell, but there seems to be a problem, anyone can help?

The problem is that in-game, the icon from the mask is like the retail ( AcademyCirclet ) and it's name is NoItemName, have i done something wrong?

1: icon is in armorgrp, he must have been too lazy to make a new icon

2: Itemname can be caused by the following...

  1: he didn't include it

  2: you have too much trash in your itemname. Clean it out and keep the itemnames that actually exist in your grp's
