Thats my certification setup in every server which i play archer. I dont need celestial cause of hit and run. Also if you are in a PvP server you will always have party with one cardinal. anyway gl hope i helped you

counter spirit means u need to be hit to trigger, same as celestial. Anyways both are useful and range/haste is basic
