You will need a good hoster.My Topsite system works with SQL, which means more servers,more SQL usage. But only a good WebHosting will solve your issue.

Non of the shared online will work onlinefor longer then 10 months. Reason? Many sqlinjection vulv points.So please don't say that i steal from anyone cuz i have done work on these scripts.
