Main reason is not only coz 1 crappy boy shared 1 rev. The main reason is all the time I'm loosing with that kind of ppl xd

And about fix... well if you think that is not fixed, don't use it, don't download it. Or better, make your own pack based on l2j and make it better than it, why not.
