Hey guys, I need some technical help from you.

My pc freezes (freezes = the image is stuck, sound is stuck, can't do anything, have to hard-reset) when:

1) watching YT videos

2) watching movies in KMPlayer/WM Player 11

3) playing games

I downloaded heat monitoring programs, and neither processor nor GPU is overheating.

I tried doing system restore, didn't help.

Any help?

Prosim Tě, zdrž se irrelevantních komentářů, a pokud nemůžeš normálně poradit, tak ani nepiš. Myslíš, že bych dělal topik a ptal se proč mi to freezuje, kdybych chtěl reinstalovat windows? Použij brain příště.

Still waiting for professional and inteligent comments.

replace the anti-heat cream of the processor

If the cream was bad, then it would overheat, wouldn't it? Monitoring programs never showed anything. I know they're not accurate, but still it shows approximate temperature. It showed 39-41... If my processor was like 80-90 it wouldn't definetly show 39-41. It's not that inaccurate. Just a little.

What do you think?

Try update the graphic card. Also update directX

Also did you change anything from bios? for example did you try overclock or something?

Surprisingly there was an NVIDIA update for today (13.3) so let's see what it does. I didnt change anything, didnt over clock anything.

@Fuma:

Nope. If I play a game, it stucks at the screen of the game. And same with the video.
