I had in my PayPal account 2.00 EUR and I bought something from E-Bay which cost 5.99 USD.

 

How did I buy it? In my transactions it says that the payment is completed. And I don't have negative balance.

Edit: I had only EUR balance, my USD balance was 0.00.
