Display Given/taken Damage

Hello... i  d like someone to help me...how i can modify my client...so when someone makes for example 500dmg to show 500 with green color

in the top-middle (upper of his character) and when he takes dmg the am0unt with red color...

and 99.9% in systemmsg-e ... but i dont know exactly line to modify and what to change
