seems nice..but you have to decide..you want farm server or pvp server..if pvp i suggest blessed 90% and if fails goes -1 (ex. if +15 to +16 and fails then going +14)..when will beta ends?? after beta mode you will wipe??

The enchant system is custom is very easy after 5 last enchant is hard 20-25 with 83% rate  and blessed have much rate thats all... try it and come to post ^^

2 is very easy to take  :) the good armors is 2 same t weapons

Augments?

I mean skill chance (10,20,30 or more %?) and limit ( only 1 active or 1 passive, 1+1 or active stuckable- x+1?

 

E: i test this server a little in beta and its really l2 pride with some small changes...

 

Good idea with most resists 0 sec... Pvp will be more balanced without resists...

Can you decrease rause time of mana potions? Its really annoying to farm with mana potions like this, people will need to farm with mana recharger dualbox...
