Looking for Java coder. (50€ rewards)

I'm looking for an java coder, for change something on my  live server (~60 players online) . If someone can add -> Pvp Color system + vote rewards system i give him 50€ with paypal.

I can do manything on my server , but i'm newbie with eclipse  (i know only how to compile).
