taric the way I play him varies a lot from yours...

 

Flat Mp regen/5 marks(for his high mp costs)

Armor seals(because he is support and he fights vs ad carry)

Gold/10sec Quints(for golds)

CDR gluphs(cuz his cds are very high)

OR Resist/lvl

 

start with 4 wards + 1 pot +mp regen to create philostone(cant remember its name)

 

depending on enemy teams and setup you make items

 

Shyrelias Reverie(for CDR,hp-mp regen,HP,MS)

Aegis of Legion(for armor,team stats,magic resist)

Zeke Herald(CDR,Auras for team)

Ionian Boots

Abussal Scepter (if enemy team stacks Resist)

Randuins Omen(if team has runners or AD Phantom dancer stackers)

Will of the Ancients (if you have Morde,Akali,Ahri,Vladimir with combinations of 2 or more)

normally you WONT go further ionian boots.but keep it in mind

 

PS:PINK TARIC IS A MUST !

if you re talking to me im not even 30lvl.i started playing supports while i was 5 lvl on my new acc west in order to play with finito,dask,anima,elfocrash vs 30lvls.

 

all my supports have been tested from 20lvl+ summoners to 1900 elo dudes in normal :)
