I agree with megahacker. www.l2elixir.com is a very balanced server with 1k + server from the first week...

It opened on saturday 1 week before East. No lag/No bugz But none modify on the l2elixir system works or if you try you will ban.../+ all the others that megahacker mentioned  ;D
