Laggy flash player or?

Recently, i've got 2 problems and i think they are caused by adobe flash player.

 

1) While i'm watching videos or streams and i click on Full Screen to maximize it, the screen of video lags a lot till it goes to full screen.I can hear the sound though.

 

2) While i'm watching livestreams the screen goes black but i can still hear the sound.(I'm not sure if it's an internet problem)

 

Anybody else experiences the same issues or knows how to fix them?
