here some idea's for server maybe them can help you

 

- Remove custom items

 

- Max enchant like + 16 and blessed's 100% and you can make crystals with votes and max +20 with it and chance like 50%

 

- Raidboss Jewels from vote

 

-Augments rate like 10 / 15 % and augment 1 active + 1 passive

 

- Heroic valor on subclasses only

yeah i added customs because i balanced them well, so your replies dont change my mind. if you want server with less customs find a better server
