I have a problem with PHX

I have win xp and when I start the program tells me:

Unable to access device, path or file specificato.è can not have the required permissions.

Instead a friend of mine win seven

he can run the program

but when he enters game

the program does not work

how can we fix?

is a server h5

I also tried without anti virus but nothing

the phxhas already been blocked by the antivirus.

my avg puts thye file in virus vault and even if i close the avg phx doesnt work. u have to search and unblock the file
