[Help] People can't login.

Hello,i've made no-ip but people still can't log.Could you please help me? Thanks you in advance!

1) edit ip in gameserver/config/server.properties

2) edit ip in gamserver/config/ipconfig.xml

3) edit ip in loginserver/config/loginserver.properties

4) edit ip in lineage 2/system/l2.ini

5) send system or l2.ini to your friends

Dear thanks for answering,i've done all those steps.Added ip on external adresses into both gameserver and loginserver but still nothing.

7)try to disable router/pc firewall

I've disabled firewalls and opened ports as you can see in the picture.Maybe something else is the problem?
