Dude seriously? Take this: http://themeforest.net/

You create a template. And then you upload it here. There is quiz (you can find the answers on Google) so you can become an author and sell items. Just register and the rest you will read them. I just tell you that's it a great website to make money. They keep an am.ount of your money like 50% and as many sales you have it fall down to 25% I think. They reject one template of mine, it's kinda hard to approve it. It must very good! :D On envato you can chose other categories to sell other things, like navigation buttons, stamps, business cards etc.

I was a member aswell . It's a really great site and has many guys that buy sites (Alexa Rank 4,330) . Envato has sites for everything , code , graphics , templates etc. I was in themeforest (Templates) . The most difficault is to get your site approved . You send it and they say you , what you have to change etc . You can upload as many sites as you want . After that envato will enter the site with a prize that THEY thing . And as many sells you do , much more money ;)

I did that.Well, the only reason that they cost .PSD files for 5-10$ per template is that there can be multiple people who can buy it.But if you try selling it to DA for example, then when you sell that to one personal for a high price, then you can't sell it to others (I guess.)
