lower rate servers force people to party and increase the social aspect of the server, high rates have often people getting killed of some dagger man that`s borred and decreases the odds of an intrest.

of course Non custom pvp server for more balance, Also tattoos will be okay if you could added them... Bless scrolls 100%  Enchant rate and with normal 70-76% ;). Custom Noblesse NPC(Make a player noblesse for 5 Gold Bars etc...) PvP/Pk Colour System and also Clan Crests to all towns where owns a castle of its town... ;) ;).

Mid Rate No Custom High PvP Server (Interlude)

 

Because not to hard, not to easy and maybe some custom apella armors as custom, not more.

 

Anyone can recommend any mid rate interlude this days?

custom high rate pvp server but with 1-2 customs, dont make it ridiculous. just 1 weapon and 1 armor with medium farm so the community wont bored as i think its the only reason to play interlude these days (high rate pvp server)
