I have seen a long time ago in Server L2 Elite snowing in giran.

I know this is posible. 

Can i do this? And how? I'm not saying Frozen giran texture.

Well some time ago i found an world based effect in admin panel called snow, now i use l2jserver and can't find it anymore.

if exist in some area the snow then we can add it and in gaitan wherever we want. but i cannot find an area that snowing..

yeah. doesn't exist alt+g  "ui"..

and i cannot found it in control panel. or "i" can't.

do you know where to find it?
