Developers release is months old now, its stable yet unavailable from public. I have a copy of it but I won't use it since most programs that I use are not supported.

Everybody can take Windows 8 from torrents but it's unstable with programs because all of them wasn't design to work on w8

 

and the beta working version will be released to the public only in feb 2012 as microsoft announced
