its not sure yet. the forums for the innova servers arent even up yet. NCWest will become f2p the 30th, yes, but will Innova open the 30th too? i doubt it. they still havent eevn said a word about dual boxing yet and confirmed the date, and nothing about if they fixed the buff stacking exploit occurring on ru servers.

This info is from NC Soft. Their server "Naia" EU will be ftp on 30 november. Naia is full of 85+ with ppl with vespers anyway so nobody would join there xD. Wait for Innova and start from the beginning.

Will European countries be able to log into new US servers?

Players from anywhere in the world will be able to play Lineage II on NCsoft West servers. European players will continue to have full access to their existing characters on all servers.

not only vesper is much more like many ppl got Epic  sets,vorpal,elegia set's+weaps full atri and 5-6 bilion,and also some ppls alredy sold they items and some epics and now they got more than 10bil

I think they'll probably announce that PTS will open at 30th of November, therefor they'd hijack the most/some of the people from NCWest who didn't get to try new classes.
