Funny coincidence that topic was created.

 

I have the animal that can remember his dreams better than any other one in my avatar (armadillo) and everyone's favourite type of dreams in my personal text, lucid dreams. Lucid dreams are the ones during which you're aware that you're dreaming and can control them. When you see them you're "half-awake, half-asleep" and usually wake up while they're still in progress.

 

 

Anyway, making a dream diary (ονειρολόγιο) is really hard since you rarely remember your dreams.

 

P.S. I'm a nerd that used to search information about sleep on Google. True story.

Coul you tell us more about the format in which you keep your dreams recorded ?

 

Like DD-MM-YYYY and then a composition ?

Have a diary and a pen next to your bed, and write everything you remember immediately when you wake up. That's all xd

Sadly I only remember a few of my dreams , cause my "underich" is pretty weak compared to my "uberich"..
