Mobs Spawn time

Well atm when u spawn a mob it have BY DEFALT spawn time 10 seconds...

can i change this defalt time?i dont wanna spawn by //spawn gremlin 1 120

i wanna just //spawn gremlin and it comes 120 seconds..

ctrl +f  -> seek "L2spawn" -> change the respawn on the new instance of l2spawn creatd
